what is The GRAPE LIST?

In 6th grade Social Studies, we will use GRAPE LIST as a way to learn about ancient civilizations.  We start with GEOGRAPHY and then 8 important parts of CULTURE (RELIGION, ART & ARCHITECTURE, POLITICAL, ECONOMY, LANGUAGE, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIETY & TECHNOLOGY see below for description of each)

By using GRAPE LIST, this helps us look at how each society was shaped by key features such as its environment, beliefs, government, economy, ideas, and daily life. It's a simple and organized way to understand the complexities of how ancient civilizations grew and developed.
