We began the China Review worksheet in class and studied for the Chapter 8 test tomorrow Tuesday.

Today, we took the Chapter 8 test on China and then began to read and take notes on the next Chapter 10, lesson 1. The worksheet I gave out today won't be due until Thursday/Friday.

We took notes on the beginning of Chapter 10. Lesson 1 follows the early part of Jewish history and covers Abraham, then Moses and the Exodus, and the Hebrew migration returning from Egypt and back to the land of Canaan.

thursday/friday 3/3 & 3/4
Today, we watched an amazing and thoughtful video that looks at the famous migration of the Hebrew people out of Egypt called THE EXODUS. The movie Exodus Decoded is produced by the famous director James Cameron and they dig up evidence about the Exodus as it is detailed in the Torah. Very interesting to see that the people of science and the people of faith might agree about this historical event! Definitely a very thought provoking look at one of the most important events in Hebrew history :)
