MONDAY, 10/31/16

We reviewed Chapter 2 and worked on some easy questions about the chapter and then walked into some bigger questions that required a short but very clear and effective response.  Students should have finished the questions during class.  If any questions weren't done, it is homework.

Tuesday, 11/1/16

We reviewed the Chapter 2 questions from yesterday in a whole class discussion.  Then, students began work on a SPRITE GAL review of Chapter 2.  Make sure you draw a picture and write a fact about each element of SPRITE GAL about life in a Complex Village.  Do not include things like cave paintings or anything related to hunting and gathering.

Students should spend 20 or 30 minutes tonight on this assignment, whether they finish or not.

Wednesday, 11/2/16

Students met with our counselors in the Library today.  They should study for the test tomorrow and finish the SPRITE GAL worksheet we did last night.

Please watch this video too :)  It is a great Crash Course video about the Agricultural Revolution and gives a great comparison between FARMERS and HUNTER GATHERERS.....perfect for an essay question!!!!

Thursday/Friday 10/27 & 10/28

TEST TODAY on ALL of Chapter 1 and 2.
