Monday, 4/24/17Today, we finished our Persian Wars page in class and for 20 minutes of homework.

How would the world be different if the other side had won? tuesday, 4/25/17We took a quiz on Chapter 11 on Edmodo and then began our Mythology page for the Greeks Book. We'll be finishing this page for homework and finishing the entire project on Wednesday. MAKE SURE TO BRING ALL PAGES ON WEDNESDAY!

Here's the questions you must answer on this page: 1.MUST EXPLAIN what a myth is AND why Greece believed these……RESEARCH it in your textbook! 2.MUST tell about the main gods (maybe a fave story or two??) 3.MUST tell about the Olympics 4.MUST have a quote from a Greek writer that mentions the gods 5.More info of your choice and pictures! wednesday, 4/26/17Today, we finished the Greeks Book Project. We yarned the pages together and turned them in. Those finished early read Chapter 12 in advance of starting that chapter on Thursday/Friday.
Thurs/Fri 4/27 & 4/28We began class with a discussion about where Chapter 11 left off. Students listed what was happening in Greece around 500 B.C. in discussion groups.
Then, we took notes on the following worksheet using our textbook AND the Greeks Book. When students finished these notes, they watched the following video.
