MONDAY, 12/19/16Today, we began writing a poem about Egypt in groups of 4. Students will write 10 to 12 lines about EACH LESSON. There are 4 lessons so a total 40-48 lines for each group.
Then, we'll turn that poem into an Egypt Rap and record them on Wednesday in class. Who knows, maybe some groups can do a green screen video! Who's game???? Let's get CREATIVE!!!!! Tuesday, 12/20/16We continued work on the Egypt Rap. Really successful groups are writing them on a Google Doc so that everyone in the group can access the rap at home also :)

Thursday/Friday 12/15 and 12/16We watched the video Building the Great Pyramid by the BBC. It's a fantastic look at how the Great Pyramid may have been built. Excellent watch, if you missed this, I'm sure you can find it somewhere on Youtube :)
