Today we are working hard on our Egypt Rap song!  Groups were busy recording on Garageband and creating a slideshow to go with their work.

Chapter 5 Test today and finishing up the WEVIDEO slideshow of your Egypt Rap and the pictures that go with it.

EGYPT RAP TECHNICAL INFORMATION!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FINISH YOUR EGYPT RAP!!!!
  1. Finish recording on Garageband
  2. CLICK SHARE (up at top of screen) and then click share podcast to disk
  3. Select MP3 and save to the DESKTOP
  4. NOW, you'll want to save that MP3 to your Google Drive so Log In to your Google Drive account on the same computer
  5. Select NEW in TOP LEFT
  6. Select FILE UPLOAD
  7. then select the MP3 file from the DESKTOP of that computer or just drag it in to the Google Drive
  8. Now, you'll want to finish your slideshow
  9. If you haven't already, in Google Slide, click on each slide one at a time and click FILE - Download As -- and select JPG so you have 40 pictures
  10. then in WE VIDEO click the CLOUD looking icon and UPLOAD MEDIA
  11. Select those 40 picture files (click shift and you can select them all) and upload them to your WE VIDEO
  12. DRAG the pictures into your WE VIDEO project and then do the same for your music (the MP3 file)
  13. LASTLY, drag each picture to be as long as the audio that's telling about that slide
  14. and if you want to get really cool, add some transitions between pictures!
  15. Then click FINISH and share it with me!
